Belay Training Wednesdays 5:00. 5:20 & 5:40pm | Climbing Wall Learn how to Belay on the climbing wall. By participating in this class, members will be able to use the belay function on the climbing wall with another trained member.  Instructor: Campus Rec Staff
Fitness Goals Tuesdays 4:00 - 5:00pm | Fitness Area

This 1 hour class focuses on effectively using resistance and weight training to achieve maximal results towards your fitness goals while maintaining proper and safe form.  Maximum 8 people per class. Instructor: Koda

Gael Core Circuits  Tuesdays 12:15-1:00pm | Synergy 360 Join Dani for 45 minutes of Core focused work! A strong core is at the center of optimizing performance, improving posture and preventing injury! In this class we will strengthen and tone the midsection whilst making the exercises interesting and fun! This workout will test your whole body in dynamic 45-second intervals. 
High-Intensity Impact Training Thursday 3:15 - 4:00 & Friday 12:15- 12:45 | Functional Training Room Commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated bouts of high-intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. ... This type of training can be accomplished using bodyweight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls or weight machines. Instructor: Owen
Introduction to Equipment Mondays 12:00- 1:00pm | Fitness Area Are you interested in learning about all the different types of equipment?  Register for this interactive tour of the facility that focuses on how to use the FreeMotion and Life Fitness equipment. Personal Training Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm | Fitness Area Looking for a Personal Trainer? This class led by Hannah will use resistance (weights, bands, bosu balls, etc) to test your strength and balance. Focused on the full-body, this class is great if you're looking to get sweaty! Instructor: Hannah
Pilates  Mondays 5:30 - 6:30pm & Thursdays 7:00-7:50am | Group X Room Join Hannah for her weekly Pilates class where you will focus on low impact exercises that strengthen full-body muscle groups! This class is great no matter where you are in your fitness journey as most exercises will be given with both regression and progression options.
Power Flow Yoga Tuesdays 5:00- 6:00pm | Group X Room

Power Flow Yoga, or often Power Yoga, takes its inspiration and core from Ashtanga Yoga. This style relies much more on synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. All levels-intermediate.  (EVERYONE is welcome). Instructor: Nick

Recovery Spin & Stretch  Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm  |  Spin Room Join us for an hour of restorative spin and stretching! This class is targeted at anyone trying to recover from hard training and is great for athletes on a down day or as an extra lower intensity workout. Instructor: Dani
Restorative Yoga Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm | Group Exercise Room

Spin with Beckie Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:15pm | Spin Room Join Beckie in her cycling class. This cardio-intense spin class will get your heart rate going!  Make sure to bring a towel and water bottle for your ride!
Vinyasa Thursdays 630- 7:30pm | Group Exercise Room A Vinyasa class is a great cardiovascular exercise because it is often fast-paced.
