Study with Masters
Fine Arts Community Courses
Open enrollment for Masters of Fine Arts in Dance, Stage Production, and Creative Writing courses
Lifelong learners, alumni, and those with a BA interested in continuing education courses in creative writing, dance, choreography, theater and stage production can take classes through Saint Mary's open enrollment track. More than an extension program, open enrollment provides community members with the opportunity to take courses in Saint Mary's high quality MFA programs. If you are local to the Bay Area you can enroll in semester long courses in dance, design, choregoraphy, theater production, or a course exploring the professional side of a literary life. If you live outside of California or the Bay Area, you'll find weekend studio workshops in movement stills and somatic studies and low-residency study options taught by award-winning graduate MFA faculty. Dance and Creative Writing faculty challenge you to interact with the world around you in creative ways, opening new insights and pathways for imaginative work. Explore courses descriptions in movement studies, the life of the writer, and more.
