SFGate's politics blog recommended that its readers attend the Saint Mary's symposium on Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 7p.m. The article " CA Gov Jerry Brown’s leadership, legacy is focus of special St. Mary’s College panel Tuesday," by political writer Carla Marinucci, notes that the panelists will debate the legacy of the longest-serving chief executive in state history and will feature a distinguished group of California political experts .
Panel members include Chuck McFadden, author of "Trailblazer: A Biography of Jerry Brown"; Rob Stutzman, former deputy chief of staff for communications to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and founder and president of Stutzman Public Affairs; and Ronald Isetti, Saint Mary’s professor emeritus of history. Also joining in on the conversation will be none other than Marinucci, senior political writer of the San Francisco Chronicle and SFGate.com. Saint Mary's Rev. Michael Russo, professor of political communication, will moderate the forum.
