At KRT Marketing, we have a unique vantage point on the employer’s side of the story. RyanAs managing partner, Ryan, SMC 2001 alumnus, is responsible for leading KRT’s media strategy and recruitment advertising services. He’s advanced the firm’s expertise in search marketing, interactive media, sourcing channels, and social media. With over 16 years of experience with agency clients, he currently directs the recruitment media programs of over 20 Fortune 1000 companies.


Lauren ConderLauren graduated from SEBA’s newest graduate business program, M.S. in Management Spring 2018. She uses metrics and analytics to improve campaigns for her team’s clients helps in managing the client relationship. Her team works closely with their stakeholders to discuss goals, identify new opportunities for the company, and implement effective new media services.


Melissa Van DykeMelissa is a graduated Saint Mary’s College of California in May 2017 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a minor in business administration. Melissa is a marketing coordinator at KRT, where she brings her passion for social media advertising to the table on a daily basis. She puts her fun personality into each custom campaign she creates, including some work with Saint Mary’s College – School of Economics and Business Administration. (You’ve probably seen a few on your Facebook feeds!) From campaign strategy to copywriting to social media analytics, Melissa’s work helps to generate new candidates for her clients and expand their recruitment marketing efforts.
