New discoveries in neuroscience show that feelings and emotions are essential to understanding. Long before you can describe what you are “thinking,” your brain has to sort out what it is feeling. In addition to engaging activities, this workshop includes stories, metaphors, and non-technical illustrations to describe, in accessible language, how the brain works.  As such you will have a better understanding of yourself and how you interact with others.
