Please join The Integral Program for a film discussion of "A Hidden Life" by Terrence Malick.

Film Discussion: A Hidden Life

Terrence Malick tells the story of Franz Jägerstätter, an Austrian farmer who was called up for military service in 1943, and who had to decide whether to swear the required oath of loyalty to Adolph Hitler. A Hidden Life has been called “cinema at its mightiest and holiest.”

The film is available on Hulu, HBO, and Amazon Prime. A transcript of the dialogue will be sent to students and Tutors, and posted for all on the Integral Program website. Please watch the film over Easter Recess, and join us to discuss it together. All are welcome!

Warning: A Hidden Life is a long, slow, contemplative, powerful film. It was rated PG-13 because it contains images of violence.
