Site Application Packet picked up in the Soda Center during the
Graduation Fair. Designated Spokesperson chosen by the group and is known to all in the group.


Designated Spokesperson contact information and Lottery Application is on file with Conference Services in the Soda Center by 4 pm. 


Signed Reception Site Contract and Site Fee (check or money order made to SMC) is submitted to Conference Services in Soda Center by 4 pm.


All paperwork for the Certificate of Insurance or for insurance coverage through SMC, along with payment fee of $100 in check or money order made payable to SMC, is submitted with site application. This is required for lottery participation.

Conference Services will post a list of the reception site locations in the Soda Center on the information bulletin board.
