Updates to Interim Policy for Events, Gatherings and Meetings

The Interim Policy for Events, Gatherings and Meetings has been updated to allow for indoor and outdoor academic activities, conducted outside of regular class sessions, associated with academic classes for groups of 12 or fewer students. These activities are exclusively for residents who live on-campus and must still be planned in accordance with industry/county/state guidelines and health orders. Space reservations can be made through AdAstra, and questions about scheduling can be directed to the Meetings, Events and Conferences Office at scheduling@stmarys-ca.edu
