End-of-Summer Checklist

From meal plans to parking permits, there are lots of things you can take care of before you arrive on campus.

Final High School Transcripts and AP/IB scores

Please submit your final transcripts by July 15 to the Admissions Office. AP scores can be sent to Saint Mary's by using our College code of 4675.

Bills are sent to your Gael Express account on July 8 and are due August 5. Questions? Contact the Business Office (8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. PST) at (925) 631-4209 or business@stmarys-ca.edu, or visit our website for information on how to pay your bill and FAQs on tuition and fees.

Meal Plans

For students who eat every meal at Oliver Hall and Café Louis to those who do just a few times a week, our meal plans offer an option for all tastes.

Gael Flex Dollars

Your Saint Mary’s ID card gets you into the dining hall, plus many off-campus discounts.

Student Jobs

There are lots of jobs on campus—part-time and full-time—plus opportunities off campus like childcare positions and internships through GaeLink. Also, stay posted for details on the job fair during the first week of school.

Medical History Form

All undergraduate students enrolled at SMC are required to submit a Medical History Form to the Health & Wellness Center by August 15. Your form must include up-to-date immunization information as indicated. No substitute form will be accepted.

Parking Permits

Are free—did we say free?—parking requires a parking permit.

MyPath Mobile App

Be sure to check out MyPath, a mobile app that helps organize your college life at Saint Mary's. Get information about deadlines, events, and activities; sync classes and dates to your calendar; and explore majors and careers. Search "Guide College Simplified" from your app store or MyPath online.
