Registration must be completed and payment (if you purchased a sash ) must be received by Wednesday April 12th, 2017 by 4:30 p.m. to participate in this ceremony. You are not required to purchase a sash to participate in this event. If you would like to register without ordering a sash, you can simply skip the questions related to sash orders (you are still required to have a presenter, however.) REGISTRATION IS STILL REQUIRED EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING.
