Saint Mary's College accepts credit card payments for tuition and fees only when paid through the Saint Mary's College web site using our partner, Nelnet Business Solutions.

Saint Mary's College does not accept credit card payment for tuition and fees through the mail, in person, via fax or over the phone.

Mastercard, Discover, and American Express will be accepted for tuition and fees only when paid through the Saint Mary's College web site using our partner, Nelnet. Visa is not accepted because Visa rules require a service fee on both Visa and eChecks.

When a credit card is used, a convenience fee of 2.75% will be charged and managed by our vendor, Nelnet. This is separate from tuition and fees.

Students and their families can authorize an eCheck payment without a convenience fee. Similar to a debit card, e-check electronically debits a checking or savings account. Echeck is only available on our web site.

Saint Mary's will continue to accept checks, money orders and cash in person at the Business Office or checks and money orders by mail to: Business Office, P.O. Box 4600, Moraga CA 94575-4600. When mailing in a check payment, please print the PDF version of your bill. Return the bottom portion with your remittance.

Loose coins will not be accepted in large quantities. Rolled coins will only be accepted up to $15.00.

If you are a traditional undergraduate student and would like to pay your education expenses monthly, use the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option offered by our partner, Tuition Management Systems. The payment option is available for a small enrollment fee and includes personal account service, automated account information 24 hours a day, access to your account through their web site, www.afford.com/stmarys-ca and even gives you a chance to win one of eight annual $1,000 Tuition Management Systems Scholarships.
