What is political power and how is it generated? What is the relation of power to violence? Join us as two scholars of political thought take sides in the great debate between the 20th-century theorists Hannah Arendt and Frantz Fanon. After unpacking the position each writer takes, and countering the other’s views, the presenters will invite students to deepen the discussion in small groups.
