The Computer and Technology Services (CaTS) department has changed its name to IT Services (ITS).

The Service Desk is your initial point of contact for computer, technology and IT-related questions and support.

Service Desk Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-1:00am, (with desktop technician support from 7:30am-7:30pm)
Friday, 7:30am-7:30pm (with Desktop Technician support from 7:30 am-7:30 pm and phone support only from 6:00pm-7:30pm)
Saturday, 7:30am-6:00pm (with phone support only from 7:30am-10:00am)
Sunday, 10:00am-1:00am
