Yes, we live and work in a world that is too busy and often crowded with too much to complete.  How many of us wish for a day where we can successfully manage all activities in our lives - work and personal?  Studies have shown that many workers in institutions today are often back-logged with work assignments, in spite of technology making our work lives easier! Often we are stretched far too thin to pay more than “lip service” to improving internal or external customer service and building effective relationships with our co-workers, families and friends.  This workshop will provide tools and techniques for examining your daily tasks and priorities, no matter what your role at the College.  Participants will: 

  • Identify how to prioritize work to support key results
  • Review tools to organize and efficiently manage your time
  • Discuss how to recognize & overcome procrastination
  • Learn how to identify time-wasters and apply time-saving techniques
  • Review tips for managing interruptions & distractions
