Involvement Fair- Department Registration

The Involvement Fair, at the beginning of fall and spring terms, provides a venue for students to discover involvement opportunities that are available. Student organizations and select departments should be prepared to meet and greet students and share their positive experiences about being involved. There will also be a free Community Time BBQ during the Fall Involvement Fair for students.
The Fall 2016 Involvement Fair will take place on Wednesday, August 31st from 12:00pm-2:00pm on De La Salle Lawn.
Please submit this form by Monday, August 22nd if your department would like a table at the Fall 2016 Involvement Fair. This should be for involvement opportunities, not tabling about resources.
In an effort to provide all participants with a great experience, we will be renting umbrellas and tables to ensure that each department gets their own table and shared umbrellas. If your department would like to participate, please be prepared to provide a GL code and pay $30.00. You may not opt out of the umbrella or bring your own table. If you do not notify SIL to cancel your registration by Wednesday, August 24th, your account will still be charged the $30.00.
