Campus Housing Late Stay Request Form

Students needing to stay on campus for any length of time after the residence halls close on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 12pm must go through an approval process.  

Those assisting with undergraduate or graduate commencement must complete this form. Requests will not be accepted after this date. Students who are not assisting with undergraduate or graduate commencement will incur a rental charge per night and is based on the current residence assignment. (Traditional style room: $25/night; Townhouse style room: $35/night). 

The deadline to submit early arrival/late stay requests is Friday, May 11, 2018.
