FAQ's

When is Reunion Weekend?

July 18 - 20, 2014.

When will Reunion invitations be mailed?

Watch for your official Reunion invitation to arrive in the mail in mid-May. In the meantime, check out the full schedule of events here and RSVP online!

Are there kid-friendly events?

Yes! The Family BBQ Picnic on Saturday afternoon is great fun for kids, including a bounce house and photo booth. After the picnic, children are invited to attend storytime in the Library with Brother Richard. Please note, the class dinners on Saturday evening on the Chapel Lawn are not suitable for children, and currently we are not able to provide childcare options.

Where do I check in once I arrive on campus?

Check-in will be at the Soda Center, on the back side of campus.  Just follow the signs directing you to the Soda Center, where you can pick up your name tag, grab a weekend schedule, and receive your dorm keys. Check-in will begin Friday at noon and continue until Saturday afternoon.

How should I dress for Reunion Weekend?

The dress code for most of the weekend is resort casual, but the Saturday reunion dinners are semi-formal. Dinner for most classes will be outside on the Chapel lawn, so be sure to dress for the weather and wear grass-friendly shoes.

Will I need a permit to park on campus? Where will I be able to park?

You will not need a permit to park on campus during Reunion Weekend. Just follow parking direction signs around campus.

I’m staying at local hotel instead of the on-campus dorms. Will shuttles be available between my hotel and the campus during reunion weekend?

Unfortunately, there will not be shuttle service to and from local hotels and campus.  If you are not staying on campus in the dorms, please plan to drink responsibly and use local taxi service.

Are special services/accommodations available for people with disabilities?

If you have a disability that requires a reasonable accommodation, please call the Alumni Office at (925) 631-4200 at least one week prior to the event.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?

We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office at (925) 631-8744 by Friday, July 12 so we can process your cancellation. We cannot provide refunds after July 13 due to catering commitments.

Will the campus bookstore be open?

The bookstore will be open on Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19 from 10 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Will there be wifi available on campus?

Yes, please ask for more information at check in.
