Instructions for ordering an Apostille or Notarized Transcript or Diploma
In order to obtain the apostille and notarized documents, you will need to: 1) Order a copy of your transcripts and a duplicate diploma. The trancripts are $5 and the duplicate diploma is $30. The check for these items may be made payable to
Saint Mary's College. You can use a transcript request form and duplicate diploma request
form that can be found on our website at: www.stmarys-ca.edu/registrar. 2) Mail a letter of request (or the forms) to us for the transcript and diploma along with
a letter to the Secretary of State that identifies the country of destination. 3) Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the State of California to send the
documents to you. 4) Include another check, for $40, made payable to the Secretary of State. Please send this packet to us at: Saint Mary's College of California Office of the Registrar P.O. Box 4748 Moraga, CA 94575 We will print new transcripts and a duplicate diploma, have our notary sign a verification, and send it all, with a letter from us, to the Secretary of State office in Sacramento. The Secretary of State will send the apostille back to you in the self-addressed envelope.
