- Economic Development
I believe that most interesting questions in social sciences cannot be addressed on a disciplinary basis; and this is especially true to economic development. I work with anthropologists, sociologists, political scientists and other economists from around the world to tackle the issues of economic development, migration, remittances and poverty.
- Ludology and Gamification

I not only research the topic but have taught multiple classes in commercial virtual worlds, greatly enhancing the student experience and knowledge retention.
