Did you know that libraries are AWESOME?  

Just in case you were wondering.

And news flash to staff and faculty-- statistically speaking, you are not utilizing the wonders of the library (both on campus and the public libraries) as you could be.  Libraries can save a household thousands of dollars a year, providing access to important newspapers, magazines, and journals, to say nothing of the electronic and print books.  And access to streaming and DVDs and blu-rays.  And atlases, almanacs, and other reference materials.  And fiction (including children's)! And...

OK, I think you get the picture.  But this is easy to say.  How about coming to the next Ask a Librarian workshop so that we can SHOW you.  Sarah Vital, our Business librarian, is returning by popular demand and will introduce you to not just SMC resources, but also provide you some insight into the public library system as well.
