Experience Saint Mary’s College Campus in Person!
We are pleased to invite you to our second annual Counselor Fly-In Program scheduled for December 2025. This is an opportunity for you to spend time on our beautiful campus in Northern California. You will tour the campus, connect with our diverse and high achieving students and have in depth discussions and meet with members of our campus community to explore our academics, campus resources and the student experience. We hope to share with you what makes Saint Mary’s College a first-choice campus and one of the renowned Colleges That Change Lives.
Counselor Fly-In Dates: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 12pm (noon) - Friday, December 5, 2025 12pm (noon)
To ensure your visit is as convenient and enjoyable as possible, we are pleased to offer:
- Complimentary Airfare: Airfare from your home airport to Oakland, California
- If you are located in Northern California and driving to campus we will reimburse you for mileage.
- Transportation: Transportation to/from OAK airport
- Accommodation: Two-night accommodation at the Lafayette Park Hotel, single occupancy
- Additional Items: All meals, swag, and more

- Counselor Networking: Connect with other high school counselors from across the country.
- Lunch with Students: Enjoy a meal with current students from your area and learn about their SMC experience first hand.
Eligibility
This program is open to invited counselors only. This opportunity is not transferable, has no monetary value, and is truly first-come, first served. Only one counselor per school may attend in any given year, and schools may not be represented consecutively. A wait list for December 2026 will be maintained if you cannot be accommodated in 2025.
