Welcome Grad Grounds Event Rental, Photography and Catering Vendors!

Post-Commencement celebrations, aka Grad Grounds, are a tradition here at SMC dating back several years. Many undergraduates are already gearing up to select their sites which open up to reservations in early March.

As you may know, or have already guessed, it is up to the graduands to choose and book their own caterers and vendors for their aka Grad Grounds). The Grad Grounds Showcase on Monday, February 26th and Grad Fair on Thursday, March 28th are perfect opportunities for undergraduates to start (and potentially finish) most of their planning all in one convenient location in our Soda Activity Center.

• Grad Grounds Showcase: Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Grad Fair: Thursday, March 28, 2024: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (minimum tabling time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

Vendors are invited to participate in both the Grad Grounds Showcase as well as Grad Fair on a first come, first booked basis. For a small fee of $20 per table per event, you can showcase what you have to offer to hundreds of potential clients.
