About
In this INVEST session, we will be exploring food insecurity and systemic factors that contribute to this inequity. We will delve into capitalism and food racism in the food industry. Students will engage in discussions around nutrition, health, and consumption. Food will be served from TRUE FOOD KITCHEN. All are welcome to attend!
Hosted by the Social Justice Advocates of the Intercultural Center, INVEST sessions are student-led facilitations that address current hot button issues, social justice awareness and multiple and intersecting identities.
