About

You're invited to join Saint Mary's MFA in Creative Writing for our first Virtual Information Session of 2024! Our Program Director, Chris Feliciano Arnold, will be discussing how to make the most out of your MFA experience—especially in terms of cultivating community, uncovering the perfect work/life/writing balance, and finding a program that fits what you're looking for as a writer.

While we'll often speak specifically to the program here at SMC, we hope that this session will be informative and beneficial for anyone who's looking to pursue an MFA in Creative Writing.

Saint Mary's Virtual Information Sessions are designed to give prospective students the opportunity to connect directly with our faculty, staff, and students in a smaller environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the program directly and our Assistant Director of Admissions, Collin Skeen, will also be on hand to answer any questions about the application process. Our Priority/International deadline for new cohorts beginning in Fall 2025 is Friday, December 20th, 2024 while our final, General deadline is Friday, January 31st, 2025. Check out our Admissions page for more details!

Register above for this event and a link to our Zoom portal will be emailed to you with your confirmation.

Have any questions? Contact Collin at 925-631-4190.

We look forward to meeting you!
