Colleague Outage May 25 at 5 p.m. Through May 26

Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution otherwise, known as Colleague, is moving to the Cloud. Moving Colleague to the cloud offers significant benefits in terms of scalability, flexibility, reliability and security.

The Colleague migration will begin on Thursday, May 25th starting at 5 p.m. and go through Friday, May 26th.

There will be downtime for services during the migration which include Colleague UI, GaelXpress/Self-Service, Student Account Center (Touchnet), Ad Astra, and Power BI.

For Faculty: Entering grades into GaelXpress 2.0 will not be available during the migration.

We expect systems to be back online the afternoon of Friday, May 26th.
