Gaels Network Successfully as Saint Mary's Hosts Over 45 Companies at Fall Career Fair
Saint Mary’s College celebrated a successful Fall Career Fair on October 2, 2024, bringing together more than 45 companies eager to connect with students seeking internships and job opportunities. The event, hosted by the Career Center, created an energetic atmosphere filled with networking and professional development.
Students from various majors flocked to the fair, engaging with representatives from a diverse range of industries, including technology, education, finance, and non-profits. Employers such as Gallagher, Oakland Unified School District, Marcus & Millichap, and Monument Crisis Center, showcased their openings, highlighting the breadth of opportunities available for students.
The fair was well-attended, with students taking advantage of the opportunity to network and learn about different career paths. Many expressed enthusiasm about the chance to meet potential employers face-to-face, making a strong impression and gathering valuable insights into the hiring process.
