Gael's Road to Redemption

The Gaels hosted Cal Poly last weekend. The result does not truly show the progress for the season. With several injuries over the last few weeks, the Gaels look to bring everyone back to the mix in the upcoming weeks. There were a lot of new players to the team this season, which only means there is room to grow in the offseason. Coach Lamont’s time and effort this season has been greatly appreciated. The team looks forward to continue training and development to improve chemistry for the spring season. We saw great efforts from veteran players Daniel Almanza, Stephen Israel, and Alex Plascencia. There were also great performances from new players, Jason Chow, Garrett Wheeler, and Diego Rios. It is important to mention Carlos (Charlie) Nebreda and Aaro Castells; two study abroad students from Barcelona. Their talents and efforts were greatly appreciated.
