What clubs/orgs did you belong to at SMC?
“I’ve been quite involved at SMC, which kept me busy, but also gave me an opportunity to connect with lots of different people.

Who are your greatest supporters?
My greatest supporters have been my family, friends and the psychology department. I am thankful to be a part of such a tight knit family that is full of love. They’ve been my rock throughout my four years here. The people I have met at SMC contributed to my wellbeing and successes that truly helped me flourish into the person I am today. I will hold those people close to me for the rest of my life.”

What is your favorite SMC memory?

“I have a lot of memories at SMC, so I don’t know if I have a favorite that outshines the rest. However, when our men’s basketball team played against Gonzaga…for the first time since I’ve been at SMC, I felt extremely connected to our community. That was one of my favorite memories for sure.”

What's next for you after Commencement?

“In the fall, I will be beginning my journey toward a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. My goal is to become a licensed clinical psychologist and practice therapy, while researching the mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease. I also hope to become a professor one day.”
