SMC Library Summer Reading Challenge 2023
This year's summer reading challenge will be to metaphorically hit I-80 for the road trip of a lifetime!
Each page you read* this summer counts towards a mile on your cross-country journey. Some book topics will speed up your trip with "mileage" multipliers to help you reach the ultimate goal: 2,919 pages!
You don't have to be a speed reader to participate. Collect entries to a grand prize raffle along the way by reaching several milestones along the journey.
The challenge runs from May 22 to September 8.
Open to students, staff, faculty, and alumni (if you can pick up your prize on campus).
*Audiobooks and e-books count, too!
How to participate
- Save a copy of document below
- Fill out your “mileage log” (see page three of the document)
- Email your completed log to askalib@stmarys-ca.edu by September 8, 2023
