Welcome 5 New SEBA Dean Advisory Board Members
The Saint Mary’s College School of Economics and Business Administration (SEBA) would like to welcome five new Advisory Board members:
Virginia (Ginger) Campbell, PhD, RN is Senior Vice President and Area Manager for the Diablo Area of Kaiser Permanente. The Diablo Area serves over 365,000 health plan members and employs more than 7,000 employees and 800 physicians with total revenues approximately $2 billion. The Diablo Area covers 1,150 square miles and includes two acute care hospitals, two ambulatory surgery centers and five satellite medical offices. In addition to her responsibilities as SVP/AM, Ginger currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, East Bay and the East Bay Section of the Hospital CEO Council of Northern and Central California. Ginger received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, Administration and Clinical Specialist, from University of Florida, Gainesville, and her PhD in Health Services, Administration, from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Eric Flowers MBA ’04 is the CEO and President of Ramsell Holding Corporation in Oakland, a leader in pharmacy benefit management and technology solutions to assist federal, state and local health departments, including community based healthcare organizations to effectively manage their pharmacy programs. A graduate of the Saint Mary’s College MBA program, Eric is a passionate advocate of community health issues, most recently serving on the board of directors of the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics for more than ten years.
Robert Freed is the President and Chief Executive Officer at SummerHill Homes, a position he has held since 2007. Drawing from a background in real estate, corporate finance and accounting, Robert oversees critical areas for SummerHill including land acquisition, architecture, purchasing, construction, sales and marketing and customer service. Previously, Robert held a variety of executive positions for KB Home, most recently as senior vice president of investment strategy; CFO of Davidon Homes, a division president of Bedford Properties and CFO of Blackhawk Corporation. A graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles, Robert is the parent of two Saint Mary’s College alumni, Lance ’06 and Lauren ’09 and former member of the SMC Board of Trustees.
Jay Pryor is vice president of Business Development for Chevron Corporation, responsible for identifying and developing new, large-scale upstream and downstream business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions. Joining Chevron in 1979 as a petroleum engineer, Jay has held a number of production-related and management positions with responsibilities in Asia, the United States, Europe and the former Soviet Union. A native of Mississippi, Pryor earned his bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from Mississippi State University and is the parent of Saint Mary’s College alumnus, Blake ’11.
Darryl Sudduth MBA ’83 is the Vice President of Corporate Services for Williams-Sonoma Inc. where he has served since 2000. With more than 25 years in the consumer goods industry, Darryl has held positions at Dole Foods, Foster Farms and Nestle USA. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of San Francisco and MBA from Saint Mary’s College.
