Ready to work? Come join us for a 60 min class divided up into challenging stations utilizing slam balls, TRX, kettlebells, Battle ropes, boxing, ladders and more. Please wear gym shoes/clothes, and bring water as well as a hand towel (option to bring your own boxing gloves and quick wraps otherwise, there will be community gloves available for use at the boxing station).
Class is limited to the first 18 students.
Meet our Instructor - Sam is a very passionate instructor that has been guiding classes since 2013. With certifications in both fitness and yoga, she loves to blend all of her knowledge to create fun fusion style classes that leave her students strong, happy, and a little sweaty. Being an ex-D1 athlete, she brings the fire and energy as she coaches her students to reach their full potential from minute 1 to minute 60. When she’s not teaching, she is out on adventures with her 2 kids Henry and Barrett as well as spouse Ryan. Whether it’s your first time trying this class or a workout vet, Sam will welcome you in with a smile and a high five!
