The Institute for Latino and Latin American Studies (ILaLS) invites you to a special talk with Lalo Alcaraz, the award-winning cartoonist, satirist, and cultural commentator behind the groundbreaking syndicated comic strip La Cucaracha.
Join us on Thursday, October 9, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. in Dryden Hall for a lively conversation about comics for social justice, where Alcaraz will share how humor, art, and storytelling can challenge stereotypes and inspire social change.
