About

Please join us in the Mission and Ministry Center lounge one Friday per month, 10am-12pm, for our Fair Trade Fridays. Learn what Fair Trade is, why it matters, and how it directly connects with our educational mission and Lasallian Catholic identity.

Also, students - stop by to learn about the "Human Cost of Food" Immersion, which will take place during fall midterm break, October 22-25. This immersion invites students to explore where our food comes from, the experience of migrant workers, agricultural business, sustainable farming practices, and the history of the Salinas/Watsonville area. The cost is only $25 and includes transportation, accommodations, entry fees, and food for the weekend. Br. Steven Vasoli will be available to answer questions you might have about this experience.

As always, we will be serving our usual Fair Trade Coffee and tea. We hope to see you there!
