First-year Connect and Dialogue

First-year Connect and Dialogue provides first year students with an avenue to explore the self, identify personal values, to increase self-awareness and give them the tools that will allow them to purposefully and intentionally build responsible relationships with others.

Facilitated by first-year Resident Assistants and Cultural Event Coordinators from the Intercultural Center, this program focuses on community-building and aligning personal values with mutual respect, consciousness, and sensitivity in engaging with and treating one another.
