About

On Saturday, April 18, members of the Saint Mary’s community will come together to serve our neighbors through organized community service projects, making a meaningful impact beyond campus. Together, we can live out the ethos: Enter to learn, leave to serve. 

Service Sites

This list may be periodically updated with new locations and projects

Saint Mary's College campus
  • Legacy Garden: Join us in the Legacy Garden from 11 AM – 1 PM and enjoy springtime sunshine while cleaning up our community garden, which provides produce served in campus dining areas. 
  • Gael Pantry Food Drive: Bring in canned and dried goods during to help students who need extra support. Collections will be held during the week leading up to Service Day, from April 13–18. Donations can be made in the red bins around campus or to the Gael Pantry.
Sacramento
  • American River Parkway Foundation: 9 AM – 12 PM
    2026 Spring Cleanup | American River at Watt Ave.  
    Make a difference by volunteering to paint, remove graffiti, and pick up trash to care for one of Sacramento's most treasured natural spaces. 
    Register with American River Parkway Foundation, use password "St.Mary'sCollege"
Oakland
  • Claremont Middle School, OUSD: 11 AM- 1 PM
    5750 College Ave. Oakland, 94618 | Campus beautification, gardening, and classroom organization!
Napa
  • A Place of my Own - Child Development Center: 9 AM- 11 AM
    2590 First Street, Napa, 94558 | Help beautify a local preschool campus and garden. 
Seattle, WA
  • Our Lady of the Lake: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
    Landscaping and school clean-up at K–8 Catholic school, located at 3520 NE 89th St., Seattle, WA 98115
