Rising speaks to the leadership pipeline — the voices shaping the future of our profession through policy, advocacy, and executive leadership, including the California Association of Nurse Leaders (ACNL) and the California Association for Nurse Practitioners (CANP).

Redefining speaks to the reimagination of nursing identity and practice — grounded in Dr. O'Rourke's Professional Role Identity Formation Theory and brought to life through the innovative curriculum and program model we are building at Saint Mary's.
