Join the Residence Hall Association for an Intro Self Defense Seminar
A perfect introduction to self defense, our basic seminar will highlight the most important things to know in an attack situation. We will provide participants with the basic tools necessary to be able to defend themselves in a life threatening situation. In this 1 hour seminar we will teach practical and effective techniques that will enable you to disarm and disable any attacker. We understand that most people have no formal training in self defense, therefore, this seminar is geared to be easy to learn, and more importantly, easy to remember.
