About
This is a 1-2 level class that covers the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga, with an emphasis on alignment. Class develops a version of practice that is appropriate for each student. This class will progress through a wide range of poses over the course of the semester, but will always be doable for drop-in students. Students will need a yoga mat, and practice is safest in bare feet or non-slip socks.
