Does art inspire your creativity? Join us for an ekphrastic poetry workshop led by Hannah Briner, the recipient of the SMCMoA Museum Apprenticeship and a graduate student in Saint Mary's MFA in Creative Writing Program.
- Learn about poetry inspired by works of art.
- Engage with current museum exhibitions.
- Write your own poem(s).
This event is free and open to all, including those who are new to writing poetry. Expect it to last approximately 90 minutes. Bring something to write with.
