Faculty Staff Lounge

This first session will center on classroom practices. We will discuss accommodations, approaches to seminar-style teaching, and the specific experiences of neurodivergent and disabled college students. The goal is to reflect on our own course design and materials through the lenses of inclusivity, belonging, and equity, and to generate concrete ideas for meaningful change.
