PIPPIN Pre-Show Reception

All Performing Arts Alumni, Parents, and Donors Welcome

All Performing Arts alumni, parents, donors, upper administration, Board of Trustees, and SOLA Board Members are invited to a PIPPIN pre-show reception to mingle and find out about our upcoming campaign to keep musicals alive at Saint Mary's College. This event is also to honor those who have supported the Performing Arts at Saint Mary's College. The reception is free with purchase of a ticket to the Saturday, April 18, performance at 8pm.

Please RSVP by April 10 by purchasing a ticket to the Saturday, April 18, 8pm performance and choosing the ticket option that includes the combined reception and ticket to the show! Click here for more info about the show and to find out things to know before you go. Free parking for reception attendees is available in the gravel lot between The Museum of Art and Syufy Performing Arts Hall, with overflow in the Soda Center parking lot.

The reception will be located in the Multi-Purpose Dance Studio between the Post Office and Bookstore.

This event is hosted by the Advancement Office, Alumni Engagement, and the Expressive & Performing Arts Division.

The hors d'oeuvres are provided by a generous donor, to be named at the event.

Announcements will begin at 6:45pm, and the event will conclude by 7:30pm (when the Theatre doors open) to allow guests to find a seat for the show.
