Meet the Panelists:
Ashley Gidel
Ashley Gidel is President of Gidel & Kocal Construction Co., Inc., where her leadership blends family roots with forward-thinking strategy. After transitioning from medical sales to construction in 2007, she rose from a Project Engineer to a Project Manager, and ultimately to President in 2021.
Ashley has led diverse projects across offices, retail, medical, and life sciences, with a passion for high-rise tenant improvements. Her hands-on approach and client dedication drive operational excellence and growth.
Named a Top 40 Under 40 by Silicon Valley Business Journal and a Northern California Commercial Real Estate Power Woman by Bisnow. Under Ashley’s leadership she has helped earn Gidel & Kocal Construction recognition as a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area in 2023, 2023, and 2025.
Tiffani Lorenz
Since beginning her career in commercial real estate in 2008, Tiffani has spent 14 years building her expertise in Property Management before transitioning into Construction Project Management.
As a Project Manager, she oversees the entire lifecycle of projects for both landlords and tenants—from the planning phase through final completion and delivery. Tiffani provides oversight for day-to-day operations and ensures that each project is delivered on time and within budget.
She has extensive experience managing landlord-operated properties and Class A high-rise office spaces, including tenant improvement remodels, amenity center renovations, and other capital projects. Her construction management portfolio also includes warehouse, life science, and retail spaces. Tiffani collaborates closely with contractors, owners, landlords, and tenants, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication among all parties.
Outside of work, Tiffani lives in Hayward with her husband and three of their children. A proud mother and grandmother, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and working on creative projects in her spare time.
Linda Tigue
Linda Tigue serves as Vice President and Commercial Lender at First Citizens Bank, where she provides expert financial guidance and lending solutions to commercial clients in the Napa and Sonoma counties, as well as the North Bay Area. With over 17 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, Linda specializes in commercial and industrial lending, delivering tailored credit products that support business growth and operational success. She is committed to fostering enduring client relationships grounded in trust, professionalism, and strategic insight. Outside of her professional endeavors, Linda values family life and enjoys interests such as travel, wine appreciation, and outdoor activities.
Alisha Amorin
Alisha Amorin is a seasoned commercial banker and lender with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Specializing in contractor banking and investment real estate, she works closely with general contractors, subcontractors, engineering firms, architects, building material suppliers, and other organizations in the construction and related sectors to address their unique banking and financing needs.
An active leader in her field, Alisha served as the 2024 Mentorship Program Chair and now as the 2025 Programs Committee Chair for CREW East Bay, where she is dedicated to empowering and supporting the professional growth of women in commercial real estate.
Outside of her professional life, Alisha enjoys spending time outdoors with her three daughters, planning and hosting events, coaching and mentoring others, and traveling to new destinations.
