This collective hour will unpack what happens when someone learns that your kindness, fear of disappointing others, or difficulty saying no can be used as an opportunity to gain access to you.

We'll explore the moments when "yes" doesn't feel like a choice, when your body is saying no before you have the words to explain why, and why compliance is never the same as consent.

Most importantly, we'll begin the work of understanding your responses, recognizing manipulation, and reclaiming the right to trust yourself, change your mind, and say no without guilt.
