About
The Yellow Tulip Project is a young adult-driven program dedicated to stigma reduction, community building, and helping people know that there is help and hope out there. Mental illness affects over 450 million people worldwide and the message of Hope resonates across the political, religious, cultural economic spectrum.
We invite all SMC community to come out and help us plant the 500 tulip bulbs in our Hope Garden. This program is made possible by the Student Enhancement Fee and is co-sponsored by Student Disability Services, CAPS, PAWS, InterCultral Center and Sustainability/Legacy Garden
We will plant bulbs starting at 11:30am. All are welcome and we invite you to come join us, even to plant one bulb. Please note there is also a campus BBQ this day in honor of Veterans Day, we encourage everyone to attend both events!
For disability accommodations at the event) please contact sds@stmarys-ca.edu.
