Seeking Saturday morning plans? This hour-long yoga flow class will leave you feeling balanced and ready to start your weekend! Whether it's your first time on the mat or you're a seasoned yogi, there's room for everyone in this Vinyasa style class. Leave the past week at the door and get ready to reset by syncing breath to movement.
Meet our Instructor - As a transfer student from Colorado State University, Ellie began her yoga journey her freshman year. At first, the combination of poses, stillness, strength, and Sanskrit all seemed so foreign. However, after the first class, she was hooked. Now, as an instructor, she is able to share her passion for yoga by guiding others in their journey. With a certification in Vinyasa, Ellie enjoys many different styles and is always seeking to expand her practice. Creating an environment that is inclusive, welcoming, and accessible to all levels is top of her priorities. Get ready to sweat, sway, and start your day smiling in a positive space.
