Admissions Overview

We work with applicants on a pre-admission basis to help you determine if our program is the right fit for your personal and professional goals. This typically begins with a conversation with a member of our admissions team, our faculty and, if you'd like, program alumni who are working in your area of interest.

In addition, we aim to foster a diverse learning community which honors the mission and tradition of Saint Mary's College and its commitment to Inclusive Excellence. It is our intention to nurture a learning environment where faculty and learners explore leadership and related topics collaboratively in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals who are intersted in co-creating this type of learning community with us.

Any questions about the admissions process and the status of your application can be directed to our Admissions Team at (800) 621-4715 or
