Annual Meet the Firms Event Sees Record Turn Out
2024 Meet the Firms
The Career Center hosted "Meet the Firms" event on September 25th, an exciting opportunity for students to engage directly with industry professionals, many of whom are proud Saint Mary's alumni. This annual gathering connects students with leading firms across accounting and finance, providing a platform for networking and learning about internships and job openings. Attendees can gain valuable insights into the professional landscape, discover diverse career paths, and build connections that could shape their future.
This year’s Meet the Firms event was a resounding success, breaking attendance records with over 225+ students and 35 employers, in attendance. Some of the firms in attendance were, KPMG, Moss Adams, PwC, Mariner Wealth Advisors, FDIC, IRS, Deloitte, and many more. Held at the Soda Center, the event provided a vibrant platform for students to network with industry leaders and explore diverse career opportunities.
Attendees enjoyed engaging with students allowing them to gain valuable insights into their future careers. Employers praised the enthusiasm and preparedness of the students, highlighting the event as a prime opportunity for talent acquisition.
