Associated Students Hold First Meetings
AS welcomes newest members to Senate!
Associated Students hold first meetings of year!
The Associated Students (undergraduate student government) held their first meetings of the year and welcomed their newly elected colleagues. Congratulations to the newly elected Senators!
During their first meeting, the Senate reviewed protocols and procedures, introduced and discussed potential new resolutions, and heard presentations from Marwa Hashemi, the Chair Campus Activities Board, and the Vice President for Student Life, Jim Sciuto. The AS also conducted their fall retreat over the past weekend, getting to know each other, learning Senatorial procedures, and discussing their goals for the year. The full minutes of the AS meeting, an upcoming schedule of meetings, and further information regarding AS can be found on their website.
