Deadline for Summer Program Registration 2022

The deadline to register for Regional summer formation programs is Friday, May 6, just two weeks away! The Office for Lasallian Education at Christian Brothers Conference will offer the Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies, the Brother John Johnston Institute of Contemporary Lasallian Practice and the Lasallian Social Justice Institute (LSJI) as in-person programs. Lasallian Social Justice Institute, Sunday, June 26 - Saturday, July 2, 2022

The Lasallian Social Justice Institute (LSJI) is a formation program based on the Gospel and our Lasallian vocation to the promotion of social justice and service to the poor. 

The Lasallian Social Justice Institute, OKI-NI-SII-KA-WA "Come and See" will take place at the De La Salle Blackfeet School in Browning, Montana.  LSJI is capped to 20 participants through a first-come/first-served registration process.  Participants who attended the 2021 virtual program on this topic will receive priority registration.  Registration will open in February.

The Buttimer Institute is a multi-summer (three years total) Lasallian education and formation program that studies the life and work of St. John Baptist de La Salle and the origins of the Lasallian Educational mission.

Lasallian Social Justice Institute, July 18-24, 2021

The Lasallian Social Justice Institute, OKI-NI-SOO-KA-WA “Come and See,” will be held virtually July 20-22, 2021.  The purpose of LSJI is to promote the continuing process of conversion to solidarity with persons in poverty and to provide an authentic response to the Gospel and our Lasallian vocation.

Mini-Buttimer at Saint Mary’s College, June 8-10, 2021

Saint Mary’s own formation program for community members. Great chance to meet others on campus and gain an understanding of De La Salle’s life, history of Lasallian schools and defining moments, and introduction of Lasallian pedagogy and spirituality.
