Body

The Dante Club is the oldest club on campus established in 1935 by students who traveled to Italy and returned with a love for all things Italian. The goal of the Dante Club is to promote the Italian language and culture on the Saint Mary's campus and in the Bay Area through various meetings and events that enrich the community.

Dante Club Alumni Testimonial

"In 2023 I was asked to help throw a music festival featuring local musicians of Monterey & Santa Cruz counties. I was able to confidently say "yes, I can do this" because [of] putting on the car show for the Dante Club. Being on the Dante exec team has, beyond anything else, given me the tools I needed to pursue this dream of working in events & music."
